Proposal Presented

This morning we presented our proposal to Van Hilderbrand of the Clemson Athletic Department. He was very receptive to the idea and thinks that the race will go great. So we have permission from the Athletic Department to move forward with the implementation of the race.

We are nearing the end of our phase of the project. All we have to do now is finalize who will take over the final phase of the project. Once that is determined, we will write up a "to do" list for them along with contact information and a copy of our proposal.

What is left...

Since we are almost finished with the proposal, we have made a list of the few aspects of the proposal that still need to be addressed. They are as follows:

• Revise the current proposal
• create a t-shirt design
• Set up a meeting with our University contact
• Present the proposal- ask for feedback and suggestions
• Revise and finalize the proposal
  
• Contact a professor for the continuation of the project
